REFUND POLICY

Damaged or otherwise unacceptable fresh or frozen items: We do our best to fill your order with the highest quality products as accurately as possible. While we keep staff at a minimum to keep costs down and prices low,  errors are occasionally made and product imperfections may be missed. We encourage you to partner with us by inspecting your order before leaving Farm to Family.  If in the event you receive damaged items please notify us within 24hrs to receive full refund.

Packaged goods purchased from Farm to Family: Damaged goods may be returned within 7 days for full refund. Items returned for any other reason than damage may be returned for store credit.

Items purchased from Azure Standard or Frontier Natural Coop: Full credit is offered for any missing or damaged goods in your order.  You must report items you wish to return within three (3) working days of your order delivery (Insect contamination can be reported within seven (7) days).  Any item being returned for a reason other than being damaged or mis-shipped, is subject to a 10% restocking fee which will be deducted from the credit given for said product.
